ULI recently published “The New California Dream,” a report by Arthur C Nelson arguing that demographic and economic factors at work in California will support the efforts of policy-makers in their efforts to implement SB 375, which requires the coordination of land use and transportation planning to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
