FoLAR’s LA River Vision May Require Jurisdictional Coordination & Governance Change

Having advocated for opening the river up to public use for decades, they have turned to Sacramento for help. SB 1201, should it become law, would place control of the river into the hands of a multi-agency and jurisdictional council.
