A Word From the Publisher

This issue marks the first anniversary of our ownership of The Planning Report. Our first issue covered two little-known reports: The Central City West Plan and the Air Quality Management Plan. We have since covered every major topic of land use development in the regulatory process. Our expanded coverage of the County has taken us from Watts to Twin Lakes, from air rights to air quality.
